After 40 years establishing and operating several multinational manufacturing corporations from the ground up, The Aldi Group developed and acquired over a combined 10 million square feet of industrial, office, retail and residential Real Estate projects in South America. In 1999 the group decided to set-up shop in the United States, and a year later, Aldi’s first warehouse project was developed in Miami. With it, the Aldi Real Estate Group was born. Since then, Aldi has been setting the standard for providing top-quality space in favorable locations within strong labor markets at competitive rates in a wide range of layouts and sizes.
